Elevation: 0 ft
Description
Army Corps of Engineers park at the base of Canyon Lake Dam on the Guadalupe River — trails, fishing pier, and cold tailrace water.
Historical Notes
Guadalupe Park sits immediately below Canyon Lake Dam on the upper Guadalupe River, where cold releases from the reservoir create one of the most popular tubing and swimming corridors in Texas. The park offers river overlooks, hiking trails, and a fishing pier managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Swimmers and tubers use the tailrace reach before floating the Horseshoe and downstream crossings. Coordinates mark Guadalupe Park below Canyon Lake Dam.
