Dripping Springs , Hays County. 2,427-acre Travis County park with nearly 3 miles of Pedernales River frontage. Swim access via sandy beach and limestone banks, about 0.25 mi hike from parking. Features include hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, fishing, and an astronomical observatory. No lifeguards. Entry: $5 per adult, $3 seniors, free under 12 (cash only).
