Description
In the far east part of the county, adjacent to the Yakima County Line, in the Summit district, Township 17N Range 10E Section 25, is the location of the Washington Cascade Mine. It can be reached 7 miles by road from the Chinook Pass highway. It produced lode gold and silver.
