Hunt , Kerr County. Remote roadside swim spot on the North Fork of the Guadalupe River, about 8 miles northwest of Hunt on FM 1340. Features a limestone slab embankment, shallow wading pools, and a small dam that creates a gentle current. Ideal for picnicking, relaxing, and kid-friendly splashing. No lifeguards, restrooms, or formal parking—park safely along the roadside. Entry: free. Open daily, dawn to dusk. GPS: 30.0790° N, 99.3610° W.
