Mizpah is a documented ghost-town station on the old Northern Pacific branch east of Miles City in Custer County, listed in USGS GNIS railroad-stop inventories. Fallon County Times stage histories note lines survived until Great Northern and Burlington rails in the 1890s; branch stops like Mizpah inherited road-agent and express-box folklore from the Miles City–Bozeman era.
