Historic school in the Loyal Valley community of southern Mason County; rural district before 1946 consolidation.
Historical Notes
Loyal Valley is a Mason County settlement on the road country between Mason and Fredericksburg. Like Art and Hedwigs Hill, it supported a rural school for ranch children before bus consolidation. German and Anglo ranch families across southern Mason County relied on district schools until Mason ISD absorbed rural districts after World War II.
