Douglass Camino Real Trader Cache — Nacogdoches County

Lost Treasure TX • Nacogdoches County County
Description
Douglass area legend of a Camino Real trader's buried strongbox on the Hasinai mission corridor in northern Nacogdoches County — distinct from the adjacent mission-site tales.
Historical Notes

This pin documents the separate trader-strongbox tradition along the same corridor cited in East Texas guidebooks. Coordinates approximate Douglass on US 59 northwest of Nacogdoches.
