Historical Notes
The Rocker Box Kerr County compilation states a cache of $30,000 in silver dollars is buried at or near Center Point. Center Point sits in eastern Kerr County where the Guadalupe River headwaters drain the Hill Country between Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Comfort. Large silver-dollar hoard legends appear throughout Central Texas where ranch commerce and stage traffic moved hard currency before modern banking. No authenticated recovery has been documented at Center Point. Coordinates mark Center Point in Kerr County east of Fredericksburg.
