Description
Reported by: Clint M. Davis The Black Pine Mountain area in southeastern Cassia County is home to a number of old Hard rock mines. The largest is the Black Pine Mine owned by Pegasus which was worked as a open pit in the late 1980's and 90's and is currently under rehabilatation. Primary mineral was gold but silver was also recovered.
